| Penerangan CU | Organizational research is the competency of carrying out investigative activities to scientifically discover new knowledge, evidences or facts that can either lead to the development of new working procedures, concepts, facts or product or improvement of the existing working procedures, concepts, facts or products in relation to organizational related subjects. The person who is competent in organizational research will be able to analyze organizational research concepts and requirements, plan organizational research activities, perform organizational research activities, evaluate organizational research written report and perform organizational research report presentation. An effective organizational researcher should be able to conduct research to establish facts, new ideas, new product or services, existing products or services improvement using scientific method in order to achieve organizational objectives. The research should be thorough, precise, complete, sources of information acknowledged and findings are scientifically proven. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically |
