| Penerangan CU | This CU title describes the competency in coordination activity. Coordination is the act of organizing, making different people or things work together for a goal or effect to fulfil desired goals in an organization. It is a managerial function in which different activities of the business are properly adjusted and interlinked. The coordination activity of a motorsport 2-wheel includes the skills and knowledge required to coordinate operations of a motorsport team. It requires the ability to use skills to coordinate a motorsport team including team persons, finances, logistics, time management and competition strategy development. The person who is competence in motorsport 2-wheel coordination activities shall be able to supervise team compliance, plan resources, conduct group meeting, lead event participation and appraise sub-ordinate. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent motorsport 2-wheel coordination activities according to team objective as per event rule and regulations. |
