| Penerangan CU | Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Supervision describes the competency of safety supervision of field works to ensure manpower adheres to safe work practices. Safety initiatives are costly but being unsafe are costlier. A competent person in this CU shall be able to conduct toolbox meeting, plan safety talk, perform PPE compliance audit, monitor OSHA compliance and conduct safety audit. The outcome of this competency is to be able to work safely and in compliance to all government safe work practices requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to be intolerance to unsafe work practices. Safe work attitude shall precede work schedule. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.strong leadership character. able to analyse job risks and mitigating plan to address the risk. |
