| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Plant Change Execution describes the competency of undertaking plant modification or upgrading works in a safe manner, meeting quality and schedule requirements. A competent person in this CU shall be able to interpret instrument drawings, perform instrument installation supervision, monitor spare parts & materials readiness, plan commissioning activities, verify As-Built drawing mark-up and carryout close-out report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver plant change works that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to communicate effectively with all parties; subordinates, colleagues and superior on technical matters. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good process knowledge. ii.good leadership skills. iii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. |
