| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Plant Turn-around Supervision describes the competency of managing turn-around works in a safe, timely and meeting quality deliverables. A competent person in this CU shall be able to organise contractor supervision, establish spare parts & materials readiness, establish tools & equipment readiness, monitor equipment testing, organise coordination meeting, monitor function test, plan commissioning activities and prepare turn-around technical report. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver turn-around works that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to work on an urgent environment which demands timely deliverables based on tight turn-around schedule. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good leadership skills. ii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. iii.able to work long hours in a demanding works schedule. |
