| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Maintenance Planning Supervision describes the competency in resource planning in executing maintenance tasks in a productive and cost effective manner. A competent person in this CU shall be able to manage work order, conduct toolbox meeting, carryout job assignment, organise coordination meeting, organise work planning, monitor spare parts & tools readiness and monitor tools a& equipment readiness. The outcome of this competency is to be able to optimise resources for productive and cost effective deliveries. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand the work process and technically understand the resources requirements for each instrumentation maintenance tasks. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i.good understanding of work process. ii.able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. iii.good planning and scheduling skills. |
