| Penerangan CU | Instrumentation Maintenance Execution Supervision describes the competency of undertaking field supervision works to deliver maintenance works in a safe, timely and meeting quality deliverables. A competent person in this CU shall be able to prepare Permit to Work (PTW), carryout technical discussion on matters arising, carryout trouble-shooting, perform site supervision and review job closure. The outcome of this competency is to be able to deliver maintenance works that meets the Company’s requirements. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to communicate effectively with all parties; subordinates, colleagues and superior on technical matters. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. good leadership skills. ii. able to work in a team and to manage a group of own and contractor’s manpower. iii. good analytical and thinking skills. |
