Penerangan CU | Interior Decor Contract Administration describes the competency in the preparation of contract document for Client’s authorization to proceed with work based on the Client’s requirements. A competent person in this CU shall be able to review design requirements, prepare contract document, prepare project costing and prepare contract presentation materials for Client’s acceptance and approval. The outcome of this competency is to prepare contract documentation in accordance with Client’s acceptance and approval based on Company’s SOP. To perform the CU, the competency owner is required to understand some basic clauses of general contract conditions, project costing build-up, cost of services and company’s overheads. The personnel who aspires to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: i. understand resources cost, manpower, materials, consumables, tools and equipment to execute interior decoration services ii. understand basic project costing such as cost of work and cost of overhead. iii. able to communicate effectively to Client on the design proposal. |
