| Penerangan CU | Counselling Facilities And Equipment Operation is the organisation of the counselling resources for a counselling session. Counselling sessions are to be conducted by counsellors in designated rooms equipped with the audio-video recording system. The personnel who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare counselling facilities requirements, inspect, operate and organise counselling equipment. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the counselling facilities and equipment operation is performed in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and confidentiality policies. |
