| Penerangan CU | The TAKT Time (TT) data coordination is the competency in information gathering or data collection, analysing, reporting, and implementing all LPS related activities. TAKT Time (TT) coordination is the visual indicator to compare target and real time operation performance throughout the stipulated time. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to define work element and method, analyse data collected, report TAKT Time (TT) preparation and presentation, and implement TAKT production. The outcome of this competency is to implement the project requirement based on customer demand and propose improvement activities. |
