| Penerangan CU | "Ship hull lofting is the process of developing the size and shape of components of the ship from designed lines. Traditionally it is done by making templates using full scale lines laid down on the floor of the mould loft whereby currently it is usually performed at a small scale using photographic or computer methods. The person who is competent in ship hull lofting shall be able to prepare ship hull lofting requirements, produce shell plate template, produce hull mould, carry out plate numbering and finalise ship hull lofting in accordance with ship hull specifications. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the ship hull lofting is accurate in its layout appearance according to ship hull specifications. " |
