The person who is competent in ship hull sub-assembly construction shall be able to prepare sub-assembly construction requirements, carry out pad eye fabrication, carry out panel and pad eye installation and finalise sub-assembly construction work in accordance with ship hull construction specifications. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that panels and pad eye are assembled and installed according to sub-assembly construction requirements and ship hull construction specifications. " |
