| Penerangan CU | Before proceed to this process, pre-integration report received from assembly and engineering department and manufactured hull and superstructure verified according to integration process. Fibreglass hull & superstructure boat intergate control is a process to plan, monitor and control accuracy of the hull & superstructure of the fibreglass boat building inter-gate (lock-up/ joinery) according to design specification and requirements. The person who is competent in fibreglass hull & superstructure boat intergate shall be able to analyse boat building requirements, organise production materials, tools and equipment preparation, control hull and superstructure levelling, hull and superstructure integrate and verify intergate quality in accordance with fibreglass boat specifications. The outcome of this competency is the ability to confirm and verify fibreglass hull & superstructure boat intergate accuracy according to design specification and requirements. |
