| Penerangan CU | Biopolymerisation assets maintenance management is an orderly and systematic approach to plan, organize, monitor and evaluate maintenance activities and their costs. A good maintenance management system coupled with knowledgeable and capable maintenance staff can prevent health and safety problems and environmental damage; yield longer asset life with fewer breakdowns; and result in lower operating costs and a higher quality of services. The personnel who are competent in assets maintenance shall be able to identify biopolymerisation assets maintenance requirements, manage biopolymerisation assets maintenance, evaluate biopolymerisation assets maintenance efficiency and report biopolymerisation assets maintenance activities. The outcome of this competency is to minimize the loss of productive time, repair time and repair cost because of equipment failure. The life of capital assets can be prolonged by minimizing the rate of wear and tear so that quality of services can be improved. |
