| Penerangan CU | Guest relation activities is to provide Farm Stay guest with par excellence service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering in compliance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Environmental Quality Act, Department of Safety & Health (DOSH) and Local Authority Act. The personnel who are competent in guest relation activities handling shall be able to execute guest relation activities. Follow up with guest on service rendered must be done to ensure worth remembering experience. |
