| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in event management budgeting. He or she is the person who will verify feasibility of event and approve event budget. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse event budget information, assess event operational expenditure component, determine event manpower expenditure component, verify event operational and manpower costing and endorse event final budget. The outcome of this competency is the ability to compile, analyze and summarize probable financial income and expenditures over a specific period, as well as allocates funds for a specific purpose within a given time frame in accordance with company business plan. |
