Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in event hospitality management.


He or she is the person who is responsible to ensure hospitality requirement such as food and beverages, accommodation and welfare fulfill staff and client needs.


The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to examine event order/programme details, determine event hospitality requirement, manage event hospitality requirement and confirm details of event hospitality requirement.


The outcome of this competency is the ability to apply strategic management principles to hospitality operations in maximizing the accomplishment of organizational goals and objectives in accordance with stakeholder requirement.
