Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in Theme Park Attraction Visitor Services Handling. He or she is the front-line person who attends to Theme Park visitors by welcoming, providing briefing and information and handling requests and complaints.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to access visitors service handling requirements , handle park entrance activities, handle ticketing functions, Handle crowd, carry- out attraction information and briefing, Handle visitors’ requests, Handle visitors’ complaints, Handle Lost & Found items and Handle lost person

The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent front-line customer service to ensure satisfaction and positive experience for Theme Park visitors in accordance with park SOP and regulation.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to handle theme park attraction visitors’ services in accordance with park SOP and visitors service
guidelines. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainee will be able to:-
