| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the Competency in Production Planning Control The personnel responsible to control planning activities for the production including preparation raw materials, scheduling of machines and manpower and assess current stock inventories. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to determine and prioritize activities involved in the production by analyzing the production schedule, ensure the level of current stock and resources available, generating production material requisition and Job Instructions, conduct staff daily meeting and report to superior the progress of the production based on the production plan requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the activities planned for the production are executed smoothly, meet production target and fulfil all the customer requirements. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: 1. Communication skill 2. Project planning |
