| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the competency in Plastic Production Operation Management. The personnel responsible to manage all operation activities in plastic production plant as in production plan in accordance with customer requirements and budgeted factory running cost. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to plan and organize operation activities, manage the implementation of Operation Management System, operational budget, monitor and report the performance of production operation to top management/ authorised parties in the company. The outcome of this competency is to ensure all production operations are running smoothly and controllable in order to produce targeted output within specific timeframe in accordance with Product Specification, Standard Operating Procedure and customer requirements. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies: • Interpersonal skills • Analyitical skill |
