| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the competency in Plastic Production Project/ Business Planning And Strategy. The personnel responsible to participate in the preparation of the plastic production project/business master plan and strategy on operational for optimizing the company profitability. The person who is competent in this competency unit shall be able to interpret project/business and customer requirements and estimate project value, prepare documented project breakdown and master plan and propose the findings of project/business planning and strategy to top management/authorized parties for approval based on work requirements and process procedure. The outcome of this competency is to produce project/business master plan which comprises details of planning and strategy of the company in accordance with customer requirements and Standard Operating Procedure.
