| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in courier operation control. He or She is the person who involve in monitoring the entire operation including delivery & pickup, hub processing and linehaul. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to check courier tools and materials functionality and sufficiency, verify courier operation documents, check physical shipment, monitor pick up activities time to time, verify pickup sheet, supervise hub processing activities, supervise linehaul operation, check courier operation control effectiveness and submit courier operation control activities report to superior. The outcome of this competency is to produce efficient personnel to ensure the entire process has taken place with the proper counter check and monitoring in accordance with company policy and Local Authority regulation. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:- i. Competence in CU 1, 2 & 3 |
