| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in maintenance of planting materials. He or she is responsible in carrying out routine maintenance of planting materials in accordance with the nursery manual and SOP to achieve optimum growth and quality. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able check Maintenance Plan, prepare resources for maintenance activities, coordinate maintenance work, lead Workplace Housekeeping and report maintenance work status. The outcome of this competency is that planting materials are maintained in optimum condition to achieve growth and quality standards prior to issuance. |
