| Penerangan CU | Musical Instrument Shaping is to shape raw materials either from wood or bamboo base on the designed template and mould according to the music instrument requirement. The shaping is exactly done by cutting and trimming referring to plan and template using hand tools and equipment. The selection of raw materials are carefully selected and checked thoroughly to ensure producing quality musical instruments. The personnel who are competent in the Musical Instrument Shaping shall be able to prepare musical instrument templates and moulds, prepare musical instrument tools, equipment and materials, inspect raw material quality condition, perform materials cutting for instrument parts, perform raw instrument parts quality inspection and perform raw materials parts and materials storing. The outcome of this competency is to produce quality musical instrument based on selection of materials and unique design to fulfil standard and customer requirements. |
