| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Fleet Operational Activities. He or She shall is able to coordinate and monitor vehicles and driver activities, identifying market information and practice effective decision making according to SOP. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinate vehicles/ driver resources, monitor loading / securing and unloading activities , monitor delivery status , perform route survey and market information, conduct vehicle replacement exercise, coordinate driver replacement, monitor goods / passenger safety, budget preparation, administer waybill and collection, monitor communication system technology, monitor transit facilities . The outcome of this competency is excellent fleet operational function is delivered and customer satisfaction guaranteed. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinates and monitor vehicles and driver activities, identifying market information and practice effective decision making.
