| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge in seed breeding research & development. It is to manage research & development activities for better and latest product advancements. The person who is competent in seed breeding research & development shall be able to assess seed breeding improvement measures, carry out feasibility study, manage experimental strategy, development, implement pilot scale programmes, evaluate technology/engineering performance and documentation. The outcome of this competency is the ability to conduct researches on seed breeding for the purpose of continuous improvement and sustainability of an organisation. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage seed production research and development activities in compliance with the plant breeding and seed production management practice.
