| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Seed production process (Hand pollination). Hand-pollination is a common technique by breeder to transfer pollen. The principal reasons for hand pollination is to avoid cross-pollination between varieties grown together or conversely, in the controlled production of hybrids. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify seed production process (Hand Pollination) information, perform line sowing, rouguing activities, pollination activities, control fruit number, monitor fruits growing, perform harvesting activity, seed extraction, seed drying, check seed quality and report seed production status. . The outcome of this competency is to ensure proper control of parents of the seed in order to produce a uniform crop.
