| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in “Oil Transferring Operation”. He/she is responsible in ensuring free running pump, test pipeline and increase the pumping rate according to Safe Working Load of Allowable Limit. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to running transfer pump, monitor pumping pressure rate and operate transfer valve according to Standard Operating Procedure for ship and port. The outcome of this competency is oil transfer from shore tank to ship tank in a safe manner according to SOP and contract requirement. |
