| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in “Ship Mooring and Alongside”. He/she is responsible in securing rope to ship, fix signage to identify bunkering operation area and ensure ship alongside is placed properly for bunkering operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to prepare towing line and prepare berthing according to ship or terminal order. The outcome of this competency is the ship is safely secured for bunkering operation according to standard practice. |
