| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in “Pre-Operational Meeting”. He/she is responsible in preparing all equipment, tools and references ready for bunkering operation. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to prepare material and equipment per-checklist, prepare material and equipment per-job order and prepare equipments and materials per-emergency response plan (ERP) checklist. The outcome of this competency is all equipments and materials for bunkering operation are prepared according to job order and comply with the port terminal and authorities requirement. |
