| Penerangan CU | Sheet fed offset printing machine maintenance is to maintain feeder unit, printing unit, coating unit and delivery unit This competency is to ensure smooth feeding, accurate in-feed and registration, stable and accurate transfer and impression cylinder pressure, ink and water balance system, smooth delivery in accordance with maintenance schedule, machine manual and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in sheet fed offset printing machine maintenance shall be able to check sheet fed offset printing machine maintenance requirement, trouble shoot sheet fed offset printing machine faulty, carry out the maintenance of machine’s component namely feeder, printing and delivery units and update sheet fed offset printing machine maintenance check list according to maintenance schedule, machine manual and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
