Is a process to make sure the auxiliary system, feeding system and mixing reactor system should be performed prior production start. The Person who are competent in this CU shall able to Identify equipment start-up requirement, Inspect auxiliary system operation, Inspect mixing equipment, carry out mixing equipment feeding parameter set-up and carry out mixing reactor start-up. The outcome of this competency is he/she shall be able to recognise functionality of each system operation parameters, setup procedures, testing instruments and accomplish mixing reactor start-up prior execution of raw materials mixing process. |
