| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in coordination of the in-house pharmaceutical production personnel training. The implementation of the training program is part of fulfilling production personnel qualifications in current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) audit. He / She is the person who coordinate the in-house training programs and evaluate the personnel performance according to the training needs. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan in-house training program, prepare materials for training perform personnel training, conduct personnel appraisal and conduct personnel appraisal. He/She who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan in-house training program, prepare materials for training, perform personnel training and conduct personnel appraisal. The outcome of this competency is to provide excellent coordination of training programs and to qualify the competency of each production personnel towards his/ her job function within a pharmaceutical production factory in accordance with cGMP requirements. |
