| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes competency in controlling the production operation for pharmaceutical solid dosage form production. This inclusive of pharmaceutical raw materials dispensing, material processing units and packing processes. He / She is the person who monitor the production activities as to meet the production target output and in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. This includes the in-process quality control (IPQC), batch processing control, documentation and deviation if any and notify relevant personnel within department. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify solid dosage form processing requirements, inspect production line clearance, monitor processing machine parameter, monitor processed product sampling, coordinate processed product transfer and monitor housekeeping and hygiene implementation. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that established safety guidelines and procedures for all work processes are performed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. |
