| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in wood lamination process. Wood lamination process is the technique of manufacturing a material in multiple layers, so that the composite material achieves improved strength, stability, appearance or other properties from the use of different materials. A laminate is usually permanently assembled by heat, pressure, or adhesives. Wood lamination is the basic fundamental principle for wood based sector. It is critical and important activities in various work environments inclusive of woodworking machine operation. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out perform wood lamination, perform panel lamination, perform panel cutting, perform edging, perform filler work, perform panel sanding and perform panel inspection according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and production requirements. |
