| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements of supervisory functions. The lighting supervisory functions include managing resources. Managing resources include tools and equipment, energy and utilities, material and supplies, human, information and money. The person who is competent in lighting supervisory works shall be able to conduct section meeting, conduct appraisal report, plan manpower requirements and maintain lighting shop inventory and maintenance, coordinate tools and equipment servicing and calibration, conduct on job training and coordinate lighting waste material disposal. |
