| Penerangan CU | Spiny lobster post harvest management is the operation role of hatchery to monitor post harvest activities to enable juvenile and lobster are harvested meeting delivery order. It is to screen harvested juvenile and lobster health, consolidating its certificate of conformance and compliances for packaging and logistic arrangement which transfer harvested juvenile to buyer or grow out farm. The person who is competent in spiny lobster post harvest management shall be able to assess Spiny Lobster Hatchery juvenile production, organize juvenile harvesting activities, validate juvenile grading process, juvenile post harvest screening and diagnose procedure for health status, organize juvenile harvesting packaging process and juvenile retailing activities. The outcome of this competency is to enable harvested juvenile or spiny lobster are deliver to buyer or grow out farm meeting delivery order. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor, control and manage spiny lobster post-harvest management role of hatchery to monitor post-harvest activities to enable juvenile are harvested meeting delivery order.
