A person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage procurement & vendor process, manage ad-hoc project, manage contract process, manage meetings and presentations, manage quality management, manage staff development & appraisal, manage annual maintenance budget planning, manage AGL maintenance planning, manage AGL operations activities and manage manpower planning and staff welfare. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to plan, organise, lead and control operation in line with company’s strategic planning and performance target. |
