| Penerangan CU | AGL System Incident Management is the competency of managing the incident by formulating, executing and monitoring the action plan and providing long term solutions to mitigate such incidences in the future. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review incident analysis report, formulate action plan, execute action plan, monitor action plan implementation and prepare incident final report. The outcome of this competency is the ability to efficiently attend to the incidents by investigating the cause, executing the action plan and formulate solutions to improve the system, equipment and manpower. |
