| Penerangan CU | Phytoplankton culture is a scope of competency to perform phytoplankton culturing so that it can be used to feed rotifer. The person whom is competent in phytoplankton culture must be able to prepare phytoplankton tank, prepare phytoplankton media, transfer pure culture to phytoplankton tank, monitor phytoplankton density, harvest phytoplankton and update phytoplankton harvesting checklist. The outcome of this competency is to properly prepare the tank and the media for phytoplankton pure culture to bloom and monitor its density and then harvest it so that it can used to feed rotifer. |
