A person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage staff development, manage financial control, assess potential risk, monitor establishment’s assets, conduct staff performance appraisal, and record managerial functions activities. The outcome of this competency is to enable personnel to plan, organise, lead and control biotechnology general laboratory in line with establishment’s strategic planning. |
