Penerangan CUManpower Management describes the competency in developing and reviewing manning guide, monitoring and enforcing training effectiveness, and monitoring staff performance.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse manpower management requirements, prepare manpower documentation, develop and review manning guide, monitor and enforce training effectiveness, monitor staff performance, evaluate manpower management accuracy and effectiveness and record manpower management activities.

The outcome of this competency is to develop suitable and effective manning in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and establishment’s policy.
