| Penerangan CU | Research, Development and Commercialisation(R&D&C) project management is to manage R&D&C activities effectively which is in line with stakeholder’s expectation and establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), establishment’s policy, Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) and Hazard Analysis of Critical Management Point (HACCP). The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to identify R&D&C project administration requirements, plan R&D&C project activities, coordinate R&D&C project activities, monitor R&D&C project performance, evaluate R&D&C project administration effectiveness and report R&D&C project administration activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent personnel in managing R&D&C project professionally as to meet the objectives by complying with R&D&C project requirements. |
