| Penerangan CU | Service contract management is the management of contracts made with stakeholders. Contract management includes negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify contract requirement, prepare technical proposal, prepare commercial proposal, prepare and review service agreement and report service contract. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent personnel in managing contract systematically and efficiently for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. |
