| Penerangan CU | Operational budgeting is the process in managing approved allocation as to maintain the continuity of business operation, and the distribution of allocations is done in the most cost-efficient manner. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify operational budget requirements, analyse budgetary information and documents, prepare budget planning, monitor, control and review existing budget, evaluate operational budget accuracy and efficiency and report operational budget activities. The outcome of this competency is to develop realistic and effective budget plan in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policy. |
