Penerangan CUStaff development is an activity to develop competent manpower in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description.

The personnel who are competent in staff development shall be able to identify staff development requirements, prepare department training plan, coordinate and conduct actual training, carry out counselling & motivation session, develop departmental succession plan and evaluate staff development requirements effectiveness.

The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and job description.

• Identify staff development requirements

• Perform staff performance appraisal
• Perform counselling & motivation session
• Develop departmental succession plan; and
• Report staff development activities
