| Penerangan CU | Vendor administration is the process of managing an effective vendor administration system in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), establishment’s policy, Local Authority and Governing Act. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to identify vendor administration requirements, prepare vendor documentations, monitor vendor performance, evaluate vendor administration effectiveness and report vendor administration activities. The outcome of this competency is to optimally develop, manage and control vendor contracts, relationships and performance for the efficient delivery of contracted products and services. Establishment can meet business objectives, minimize potential business disruption, avoid deal and delivery failure, and ensure more-sustainable multi-sourcing, while driving the most value from vendors. |
