| Penerangan CU | Weft Knitting Supervision competency unit is to supervise knitting production which involves supervisory functions related to handling of workers performance and development. The outcome of this competency is to ensure smooth running production/operation which deal with supervisory function to meet the production schedule requirement in accordance with production requirements and customer order specification. The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to comprehend the weft knitting production process, machine functionality fabric quality standards, customer order specification and company standards operating procedure. He/she should be able to prepare duty roster/job schedule, carry out knitting materials inventory, maintain harmonious working environment, conduct in house training and carry out subordinate appraisal. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in Weft Knitting Supervision should be able to comprehend the entire production process of weft knitting activities in order to ensure efficient operation and maximize company performance.
