| Penerangan CU | Family Takaful and Life Insurance Policy Servicing are the process of assessing the risks during reinstatement of certificates, increasing sum covered or adding riders. This assessment is required to determine whether the risk can be accepted, rated up or rejected to avoid anti selection. Family Takaful and Life Insurance underwriter can be located in Policy Servicing department. The person needs to be able to interpret the applicant’s information provided in the health declaration form to make relevant and competent decision. The person who is competent shall be able to prepare Family Takaful / Life Insurance policy servicing requirement, perform reinstatement assessment, perform add rider assessment and perform increase coverage in accordance with organisation underwriting procedures, regulatory and statutory body requirements. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the risk is appropriately measured and to ensure the continuous coverage and profitability to the company |
