| Penerangan CU | Flexoprint (corrugated) machine set up is the process of changing over the machine setting from default to print job requirements. This competency is to set up machines and accessories and confirm machine functionality in accordance with machine manual, job sheet and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) so that the machine and production can run smoothly. The person who is competent in this corrugated flexographic machine set up shall be able to carry out feeder unit setting, printing unit setting, printing plate/mould installation, slotter/scorer unit setting, rotary die cutter unit setting and inline finishing unit setting according machine manual, job sheet and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
